Restricted Methods Policy

Certain methods of assessing candidates or employees may raise questions, so we want to clarify upfront: the company uses them only in limited cases and strictly within the framework of applicable law.

Polygraph

Polygraph testing is conducted on a voluntary basis only. Polygraph results are not considered the sole or conclusive evidence, but are used only as supplementary information in the evaluation process.

Psychological Tests

Tests and questionnaires are used exclusively within HR processes and are aimed at understanding a candidate’s professional qualities. They cannot be used for discrimination based on age, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics.

Microexpressions and Behavioral Analysis

Observation of non-verbal cues (such as microexpressions or behavioral patterns) is used only as an additional source of information. These methods are not applied as a standalone decision-making tool.

Legal Framework

All of the above methods are applied in strict compliance with current laws and local restrictions: GDPR, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” as well as regulations in other countries where we operate. If a method is prohibited in a specific jurisdiction, it is not used.
